Opening Times: Mon - Sat: 12:00noon - 12:00midnight. Sun: 12:00noon - 11:00pm GK IPA plus guest's - H Until 1944 this was owned by The Nottingham Brewery Company and used to be called The Wheatsheaf, until it closed approx twelve months ago. Now a free house the pub has had a complete refurbishment with new seating, flooring etc. The main bar is sport orientated with pool and darts, with a TV screen at one end, but there is a small lounge to the right as you walk in from the main road. There are five handpumps on the bar with four changing all the time. The new licensee used to run The Tiger just down the road and he is very keen on having local beers available and has joined the LocAle scheme. O T G
