January - Borrowash Victoria
Football Club, in
partnership with Mr.
Grundy’s brewery, are
running a mini beer festival
as the Vics face Radcliffe
FC in the East Midlands
Counties League (3pm). Local
sponsor John O’Sullivan, who
owns the Post Office in
Borrowash, has arranged for
three real ales to be on
sale for the match:
Passchendaele, Over The Top
and 1914. It promises to be
a great day with all
proceeds going to club
funds. The first pint is
only £1 to CAMRA members
with a valid card. Borrowash
Victoria’s home ground is
situated at the old
Asterdale Club, Borrowash
Rd, Spondon.
